2-DAY PIT
The Ascension Pit tickets will give you access to the General Admission area as well as Pit access. Come party up close and personal with this years top bands/artists. The Ascension Pit will be located in an open area in front of the stage. The Ascension Pit ticket holders will also have their very own beer vendor (separate from GA and Bathrooms). If you are over 21 you will need to show ID & get a wristband at marked locations within The Country In The Burg concert before being sold alcohol in the The Ascension Pit area. No chairs allowed in The Ascension Pit - STANDING ROOM ONLY!
GA 2-DAY TICKETS
2-Day GA tickets will allow you access into the grounds of Country In the Burg. Note this will not allow you access into the The Ascension Pit, please see above for The Ascension Pit access. You are allowed to bring a chair in, but the chair must be out of its container or holder when entered into park, for safety reasons. Please Note that at this event most people will be standing the entire time. The chair does not count as a place marker, you the person do.
PARKING INFO
If you purchase a prepaid parking pass, you will park in lot one or lot two indicated at “parking” in the map below.
IMPORTANT TICKET DETAILS
• All sales are final.
• No exchanges.
• Doors Open at 4:30 / First Artist at 5:45, Second Artist at 7:15, Headliner 9pm.
• Event date and time subject to change.
• All ticket holders must vacate the Festival grounds by 11PM.
• In the event of a cancellation, ticket purchases will be refunded minus service and delivery fees.
This show is an outdoor event and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers. There is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Because of this the purchaser and/or bearer of the ticket understands, acknowledges and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for any talent cancellations. Talent line-up and schedule is subject to change at any time. By purchasing the ticket and choosing to attend the outdoor show, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold Country In the Burg, and its Associates harmless in the event of injury or death.
IMPORTANT WRISTBAND DETAILS
If you purchase a TWO DAY ticket you will have your ticket scanned when you first enter the concert grounds and you will be provided a wristband.
If you have your ticket scanned on Friday the wristband will act as your ‘ticket’ for entry in the concert grounds on Saturday. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND ON OVERNIGHT. If you do not attend the show on Friday, you will have your ticket scanned on Saturday and you will be provided a bracelet for entry once your ticket is scanned for your entry.
Once a ticket is scanned that ticket is ‘dead’ and cannot be scanned again.
If you lose your two day wristband or if the wristband is broken, it will not be replaced.
If you purchase it ONE DAY ticket your ticket is good for entry on either Friday or Saturday show depending on which day you purchased your ticket for.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE INFORMATION
No outside beverages or food of any kind is allowed. Once inside the Festival, you can purchase food and drink from a variety of vendors.
You must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. You must have a photo ID.
If you wish to purchase alcohol, you will be required to visit one of our 21+ tents where your ID will be checked and you will be provided with a 21+ wristband. Wristbands will not be provided at the beer tent and you will not be permitted to purchase alcohol without a 21+ wristband.
Both cash and credit will be accepted by most vendors and we will have ATM machines on site.
SAFETY
Country In The Burg is dedicated to the health and safety of our volunteers, fans, staff and artists. Our goal is to provide the best possible Festival experience while also maintaining everyone’s health and safety. We will be following the guidance of the city and state authorities on protocols for the festival.
Please Note: All patrons subject to search upon entry.
For safety/security reasons we have a no re-entry policy at Country in the Burg .
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
There are handicap accessible restrooms, a designated seating area on the side that is for handicapped patrons and one companion, plus ample parking. If you need help just ask a volunteer and we will help out in all ways.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be offered for tickets purchased to CITB unless the festival is cancelled. If you are unable to make it, you are welcome to gift or sell your tickets. Your ticket purchase is helping to make a difference for many local charities, so thank you for your support!
GENERAL INFORMATION / FESTIVAL POLICIES
The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating the facility, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.
Performers, performance times, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice. The Festival is a Rain or Shine event, no refunds or exchanges.
Persons entering the facility may be subjected to searches for weapons, contraband, professional cameras, video equipment and recording devices or other items that are expressly forbidden on the facility premises and are subject to confiscation. You may also be wanded during security check points.
Patrons entering the facility are subject to having their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in concert photography and/or Web casts by the concert, contractor or partner of the concert.
First Aid stations and EMT will be present on the festival grounds.
Portable restrooms and handicap portable restrooms are available on the festival grounds. Hand washing stations are available; however guests are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.
